Hidden customs costs not shown in item price
Ordered some phone cases which seemed really good value only to find had to pay an additional customs cost which added another 33% on the total cost. After checking the websites T & C s it does state there may be an additional customs cost that the recipient of the goods has to pay. Be warned there may be hidden costs which you won't know the value. So don't think you are getting a bargain. I think this practice is unacceptable. This is not the only seller which adopts this approach so check the sellers terms before any purchase. I have only 2 options, pay the customs charge, or lose the money I have already paid and end up with nothing.
