Lie about their exchange policy
I wanted to exchange a ring to go one size down - the ring that I ordered was too large for me. Their website offers a one-time exchange policy within 60 days from the purchase. However, their Service Team says that they cannot exchange an item for me (without the explanation of the reason), although I'm ok to pay the shipping rates. IMO, it's unacceptable to lie to customers, and to avoid providing the service which you publicly promise. Although the ring itself looks beautiful, but I cannot wear it.
