Cin7 is an excellent, well-built software. It just needs to address the persistent slowness and crashes.
My overall experience with Cin7 and recently with Harshit has been fantastic. Harshit went above and beyond to assist us. I love Cin7 and would highly recommend it. The only reason I gave it four stars is because of the technical issues over the past year and crashes. However, I'm confident Cin7 is working hard to resolve this problem.
