★☆☆☆☆ Misleading claims about Polish-language support – refund refused I purchased QuillBot because it was advertised as supporting the Polish language. Unfortunately, after paying for the subscription and installing the available extensions, I discovered that the Polish-language functionality I expected was not actually provided. I wanted to use QuillBot in the same way as Grammarly—to correct Polish grammar, spelling and writing while composing emails and working in Microsoft Word. Despite the claims about multilingual or Polish-language support, these features do not work for Polish as advertised or are simply unavailable in the applications where I needed them. I feel that I was seriously misled into purchasing this subscription. Had the limitations concerning Polish been clearly explained before payment, I would never have subscribed. What makes the situation even worse is that my request for a refund was refused, even though the service did not provide the functionality for which I purchased it. In my experience, the advertising was misleading, the Polish-language support was not genuinely provided as expected, and the customer service response was extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend QuillBot to Polish-speaking customers. If you are considering purchasing it specifically for correcting Polish emails or Polish documents in Microsoft Word, check the actual functionality very carefully before paying. Do not rely solely on the general claims about multilingual or Polish-language support.
