Long time customer
I have been a vaporesso customer for more than 10 years. I love the quality and durability of every vape i have ever owned. Recently I purchased a new vape and after 31 days it quit working. The vape store I bought it from would not exchange just told me to contact the manufacturer which I did. I had all the information required, my box, receipt etc. I was able to file warranty claim. Vaporesso’s customer service was exceptional! I received a new vape in a relatively timely manner. I love my vape and with that kind of care given to me I will continue to only buy Vaporesso products.
