They went above and beyond for me whenever I ordered the wrong size bike. They helped me with shipping it back and ordering the new bike. I can’t wait to receive it. This is my first E bike and I’ve done a lot of research and this is the brand that people recommend. I’ve watched a lot of YouTube videos and did a lot of reviews.
