Let’s be honest we all know the score with this site. Nobody expects Marks and Sparks customer service but it’s just none existent here. Made 2 orders for jackets that are dead stock these days and resellers are ludicrous prices, thought I’d try with these as the seller had decent reviews (in between all the obviously poorly translated bot reviews)! No tracking number for me items given, I’d almost forgotten about it, 6 weeks later I message and ask for an update from the seller. “Update coming soon friend”, nothing. Let’s see how the dispute goes, as it seems this shower just wanna hold onto your money for as long as possible in the hopes that you’ll give up or forget about it. That being said there are a few honest sellers who’s factories produce half decent gear.
