Faulty printer delivered and no return accepted
I bought an entry level model, the Ender-3 V3 SE 3D Printer. It did not work on arrival. The filament nozzle did not heat up properly. I ask to return the item and for a refund. They instead gave me advice on how to troubleshoot the device. It was things like 'measure the energy supply for some board' or 'dismantle the wire pressing block'. But no option to return and get a refund. I will now involve my credit card provider and try to get my money back via Section 75.
