Whatsapp transfer only copied 15 % of my data.
Wondershare whatsapp transfer program doesn't work properly. I wanted to transfer my Whatsapp info from my old Samsung A50 phone to a new Samsung A52 phone. Unfortunately the program did only randomly copy 15 % of the information. So, it's 30 bucks thrown in the sink :(. Please, if you interested learn from my experience and spend your money in a better way. After reviewing my incident, Wondershare kindly agreed to refund me for 50 % of the money I spend. In exchange for this refund they now ask me to reconsider my experience with them. As this refund has no impact on the performance of their software, I don't see a reason for doing so. In the meantime I could fix the issue with the data transfer myself with another solution which was totally free of charge.
