Item delivered not as requested, pretty bad.
I purchased phone covers from them. At checkout, I selected Hot Pink. A few days later, I received an email from the account manager double checking the shipping address (which was a nice gesture). But I received a second email claiming that the colour I selected has unfortunately been sold out, hence asking me to choose another colour out of the 5 they have, without providing images which I then subsequently requested. When they finally replied, there was only 3 colours left. Eventually, I chose red. But when the products arrived, I got orange instead. When I reached out, the 'accounts manager' offered to 50% refund for that case and never to be heard from again. Point is, why do you still have the colour option available when it's no longer available? And Customer Service have a lot to improve on. If I'm unable to even get the correct colour for a product, how can I rely on them for the other products they offer?
