HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I’ve been ordering from Nana for over 2yrs now and the past few months have been horrible. First, they have been taking 2 weeks to ship out my wigs. Then they continue to come back a week after I place my order stating that they didn’t charge me a shipping fee and they can’t ship until I pay. They are unapologetic when they make mistakes like that. I’ve asked to converse with the manager/owner to voice my concerns and they literally ignore my request. Whenever I email to check on the status of my order they act as if I’m bothering them. Their customer service sucks. They all act like they hate servicing your needs. They are short and rude when they email you. The hair sheds and the curly hair tangles easily. This company is going downhill.
