Fabulous customer service :-)
Unfortunately my cat’s pet libro polar food dispenser has stopped working correctly and is not chilling the food. Thankfully it is still under warranty. I have been so impressed by the excellent customer service received. I contacted customer support on a Sunday afternoon and received a reply to my concerns within about 15 minutes. I was advised on troubleshooting steps which I completed but unfortunately nothing worked. The case was passed on to a manager who requested some further information and has determined the problem and is arranging for a new feeder to be sent to replace the current one. I have been very happy with the quick responses to each of my messages and friendly approach. 10/10 for customer service and I have now bought another item from the website, knowing if there are any issues or if I need any advice, a great team will help me out.
