My issues where resolved with a chap called Michael. Initially I tried booking my train trip from Portland to Vancouver with Amtrak ,several times from the uk. No success. Then tried Wanderu. Download the app. Be patient with app. Make sure each box turns green with a tick when answering. Don't use auto fill. If you've paid several times as I did initially, Because I didn't use the app and went on Google search to wanderu... .when i came to the payment section .The system kept saying retry or resubmit payment and for some reason no clarification of payment or ticket confirmation came foreward .So further payments went out of the account ...credit card The funds were returned immediately. I did contact Wanderu , explained that I'd paid several times with no confirmation or ticket. All was sorted with help from Muchael from Wonderu . Thks Michael. As I've said I've used the app and made the booking. All good
