POOR SERVICE.
I have had a sleepypod for years. Loved it. Velcro began to wear so i ordered another one. Re measured same cat and was still same size. It came and I unpacked it. Next day re fit it twice. Too big around the neck. Took 5 minutes to get out of. Emailed you wondering how I could return it as I list the packaging. NO REPLY!!!!!! It cost me $100 canadian dollars. POOR SERVICE.
