I contacted these guys a few years ago, but decided to stick with my US timeshare. I was very cautious of all "timeshare release" companies. There are many scams! They kept in touch with occasional emails and after very carefully researching them and their reviews, even contacting their CEO, I decided to trust them. They did a brilliant job, everything happened when they said it would, and now we're free of our expensive Grand View Las Vegas "money pit"! Thank you Franz Glaus, John Kushman and Jinger Jewell for all of your help! Your are a "breath of fresh air" in the otherwise odorous world of timeshare!
