After making an online enquiry for information, I received texts and e-mails telling me how to get in touch. So I did phone the helpline for advice as my query wasn't straightforward. The operative tasked to help me was busy so her colleague said she would phone me back within a few minutes. To my suprise i was called back virtually straight away. I found the operative helpful, efficient knowledgeable and honest.
