No parcel, no explanation
My parcel was ordered weeks ago and has not arrived and according to their delivery service my tracking number is not even recognised. I can’t shake the feeling that I, along with others by what I read, have been swindled. Be warned other buyers, I do not believe this to be a genuine retailer. I just hope I can get a refund but wouldn’t be surprised if they fob me off.
