Great company and great people
I have had a great experience with Collaro: 2 fullfilled orders so far and I am a very satisfied customer. My first order was 2 pairs of trousers and one did not fit well (I blame that on my self measurements and my shape changing over time). When I learned that Collaro was holding a fitting event in London, I signed up and brought that pair along. The fitting went very smoothly with Travis listening carefully and taking notes. And, when I showed him my first pair, he suggested to take it back to Singapore, and adjust it for free. And here we are, around a month later with a new pair of trousers that fit like a charm, a new seersucker shirt that also fits and looks great, and my previous pair of trousers re-adjusted marvelously. These guys are the real deal and the whole package (service, communication, and politeness). I will be definitely ordering more garments from Collaro.
