Weak performance. Ordered on 10.03.19 - value of goods 70 € - delivery to Germany additional 22 €. After ordering 9 days no reaction. Mail to support. 5 days later the shipment took place. Tracking ID only after further support request. Package was intercepted by customs. Added 15 € customs duty and DHL has also required another 15 € fees. An order at fasttech.com from the same day came with free airmail and no customs fees one day earlier. Never again Vapezone.com
