Avoid at all cost! This company is selling tickets for events that are not happening and is being taken to court for fraud in several countries already including UK. I am a customer trying to get a refund for breaching the contract since 3 years ago. They are just to take your money and never let it go. Avoid, Avoid Avoid!!!
Avoid at all cost! Events are cancelled now 3 times, and customers should be refunded. But the company just ignore emails and they justify not refunding. Inmy case they told me 'because the course is for self-development I should not be claiming a refund that I should remember why I booked it in the first place' This behaviour is very unethical. People's circumstances changed due to COVID and since I have not received the service I paid for, I am in my rights to request a refund. There are a lot of complaints about the way this company operates. Don't fall in the trap.
