IT'S A SCAM AND NOT A LEGIT WEBSITE.
My dad was asked to create a globalbusinesspays account by one of his acquaintances and he received a certain thousands of USD amount to his account. When I try to withdraw the funds through bank account, PayPal or any other mode, it asks to activate a visa card. When we try to activate the basic premium visa card, it asks to deposit 0.3 BTC to activate the card and it will be delivered within a few business days. BUT THIS IS ALL FAKE!! PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM. THIS WEBSITE IS NOT LEGIT. THIS WEBSITE LOOKS LIKE A PHISHING SITE SO PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS BEFORE ENTERING YOUR BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS OR ANY INFORMATION. IF POSSIBLE PLEASE TRY TO REPORT THIS FRAUD WALLET WEBSITES TO CYBER CRIME INTERPOL.
