I have placed order for the wrong size via Pazzion’s online shop, called in through customer care whom arranged for me to pick up the shoes at my desired size from my preferred outlet, all was resolved within minutes. Went down to the designated outlet the next day to pick up the exchanged item, all was done swiftly under 5 minutes. One star minus for the staffs at the store who do not carry a smile probably they are overwhelmed during the CNY period.
