The shoes quality recently wasn't that good as compared to previous purchases. Bought a pair of heels from online sales recently and it was really uncomfortable due to the stiffness of leather as well as the design of the heels (I.e. no cushion at feet ball causing pain even when worn few minutes at home). Sent feedback to Pazzion customer service and request for possible exchange of shoes to another pair, was rejected as it was sales item. Anyway, have been loyal customer since Pazzion started in Singapore years ago and just disappointed with the quality of the shoes. Thanks.
