Refuses to honour guarantees
Sound in my IIIF150 phone brooke down after 5 months, refuses to repair and honour guarantee.Sent it for repair at my cost only to get it back unfixed, claims there is no fault. I offer to send it back again and pay for repair at my cost, but then stopped to answer messages. Only thing that is good is shipping times. Dont buy anything that can require a warranty from them.
