ATROCIOUS SERVICE & SOFTWARE
The Hikvision NVR has worked reasonably well for me, but like others writing reviews the support is non existent and the software is terrible. They are most likely only interested in assisting companies paying for cloud services. DEFINITELY do not buy these units. Do research and find a system with decent software and a customer care service that actually cares.. I think the comments about spyware on these may be true as my user name has been changed on my account and is now totally inaccessible to me and they won't reset it.. Time for a change!
