Fantastic private tour experience!
Taking a Travel China Tour in Shanghai was a great experience. My partner and I booked our tour when we were in Australia, and our consultant (Linda) was polite and got back to us in a timely manner. Payment was easy (via PayPal) and felt secure. On the day, our guide met us in our hotel lobby at the agreed upon time, and was friendly and professional. He was also helpful in recommending places to eat, as well as other sights to see, and was quite flexible in making small adjustments to our day to beat traffic and the heat - it's these little touches that made us feel like we were taken care of. He was also quite knowledgeable in providing us with the history of the Shanghai water villages. Overall, I would recommend using this tour company. When you consider the amount of driving in a personal air-conditioned van, as well as the included cost of entry, it's a very easy and convenient way to see parts of Shanghai you might not go to normally!
