Macro meals used to be so good but now the new website is a terrible user experience... can't choose a delivery date - nor see the delivery date.... can't get information from the site only the day the paymentgoes through.... and honestlythe WORST customer service - Have emailed 6 x times, rung and instagram messaged (which kept being deleted!!) And still no response.... your new website is horrific to use and your customer service is TERRIBLE!!! Deliveries are now arriving without notifications and on days we don't want... one meal was expired and costs aren't clear when you buy in multiple packs! We're cancelling subscription after being with you for over a year!! A put a the good is great but the logistics and service have let you down!!! Can anyone recommend another meal delivery company?
