12/10/2023 Easeus Customer support has turned this experience around for me. I appreciated that they are genuinely concerned about customer experience and satisfaction. I would not hesitate to trust Easeus products in the future knowing that they will make things right for the customer. I purchased two copies of PC transfer (two machines being replaced). In both cases everything "looked" like it transferred, in both cases I had to re-install quickbooks and quicken to get them working. I knew going into the migration that the 30 warranty is junk because Easeus wants to have a chance to solve the problem. It takes more of my time to help them debug the software making the warranty a very hollow promise. I was hooked on Easeus for the todo software and I do like the partition master, I reccomend you stay away from pc transfer. case 1038150
