1st time using Travel China Guide. From the beginning, emailing and planning a private tour with Emily Xin (the Travel Consultant) was a pleasant experience. Emily gave a detailed itinerary with reasonable quotation; answered and explained all our queries; adjusted the itinerary to our preferences. Even just before the tour started, Emily made sure we were contactable to the local tour guides so there won't be any problems at the airports when we arrived. During the tour, Emily linked us with 2 very good English-speaking guides for Zhangjiajie (Yolin) and Chengdu (Lisa); booked us into 5-star hotels & allowed the guides to bring us to good restaurants to enjoy their local cuisines. Since our return, we have been recommending relatives & friends to book their tours with Travel China Guide.
