My experience with YOINS when buying dresses has been horrid. Clearly their products are made as cheaply as possible, with the cheapest fabrics somewhere in Asia India or Bangladesh where employment protection laws are non-existent. The delivery time frame was reasonable with a 1st order, then shocking by the 2nd order. Tracking numbers are given, then never recognised until the items land in your home country, which could be months of having no idea where your order is. LiveChat is a joke. LiveChat only assure you your order is on its way then cut you off. My order was for attending a wedding. I ordered express on 13.11.19, spoke on LiveChat on 28.11.19 and was told it was not put through as express and that i would "definitely" receive my order in 1-3 days, even at 1-3 business days that made my delivery date 4.12.19 (= 6 actual days and 4 business days). Want to know when my order arrived? It was left dumped on my driveway on 31.12.19. Great! (you may think) A new dress for NYE! Well, no. In fact, NYE fireworks are cancelled in our country due to our country currently being Hells Loungeroom in drought and on fire everywhere, so I still have no place to wear a wedding guest style dress as its a bit too fancy for regular wear! Yoins may have products that "look" lovely in an image, but the quality, the delivery and the customer service from this Company are horrid! I was stunned to learn when writing this review that the company is based in the UK. I thought it was another chinese/ hong kong company because the product quality and everything else about this place is no different to the clothing sites they run.
