I am not an actual Interactive Brokers client because I didn't fund my account and finalize the set up. I had questions and found it impossible to find an email address for them and couldn't figure out where in the client portal to pose my question. As I wandered around the portal looking for a message feature, their website went into a glitch asking me over and over and over again 5-6 times to accept all cookies. I took that as an ominous sign that my troubles were just beginning so I decided to go elsewhere.
