Last time I buy from Ulanzi
Last time I buy from Ulanzi. They have a horrible return policy and make you pay to return the item along with multiple photos of the items, packaging, etc. They are good at marketing but not very good at customer service. I am sticking with the tripod brands that do not have these issues.
