Outstanding customer service/ return and refund with no hassles
Best Customer service ever! 7 stars ORDER MS15519 I bought a M-Pen for my Huawei because the price was competitive to other markets. However, I changed my mind after 1 week and requested a return with refund. The returning process and refund was very smooth, easy. After submitting the request I got it approved in few minutes then I was assigned a manager who assured me through out the return process. They compensated me for every single puny and issued refund with no Hassle. I got a new device from them and will to buy again and again given the outstanding customer service I got. Thank you team Mobspares.com
