I don’t normally share reviews, however I feel compelled to do so, after the positive experience I have had with LaRedoute. I will admit, I hadn’t purchased from this company before and nor had I read the reviews prior to placing my order. I purchased a sunburst mirror which was considerably at a lower price compared to similar models I had seen at UK based retailers. After I had ordered I had come across the trust pilot reviews and was horrified with what I had read and the overall rating. What worried me more was the content of the complaints (wrong items being sent, poor customer service, very delayed deliveries and difficult returns). However, my experience was very much to the contrary. I had received an email confirmation straight away, I had received an update email for when my item was shipped. I also received the tracking information. They had shipped the item within the time frame stated (3-5 days). I had received the correct item and it had arrived in perfect condition. The item also was exactly as described and shown in the photos on the website. Myself and my family are overjoyed with their mirror. It looks fantastic in our living room. I cannot comment on customer service, as I did not need to deal with them on this occasion. For this reason I have given them 4 stars as opposed to 5. I hope my experience is one of many (the majority I hope). Thank you
