I bought a product from them, got it delivered in less than two weeks, which is very good considering it came all the way from China, unfortunately it didn’t work, so i was thinking i have been cheated, but as soon as I contacted them I got a reply, the problem was the product was for US use i.e 110 volts a silly mistake, so i asked for a full refund instead of an other product, and they processed it immediately. Got my money back, and was told to keep the original product because it was very expensive to ship back to china. Thank you QDH.net
