I have a solar system that has broken down. They say the battery is defective and needs to be replaced. A new battery is coming, I pay an electrician to replace it, it still doesn't work. I contact them again, now it's the inverter that needs to be replaced. I have to pay the electrician. I ask to buy the old defective battery, I have to pay full price for a brand new one. They demand that I pack the old battery and old inverter in the packaging from the new equipment and coordinate with the carrier when to put it out to him on a pallet. I'm left with electrician bills, lost production and spent a lot of time completely free of charge on it.
