No second time!!!
To be honest, I am a frequent on-line buyer and this is my first time purchasing with TVC-mall. I placed order a phone case and a screen protector with a total ard US$4 plus a nearly double for the delivery cost, another US$4 for that. Then I received an email saying the chosen phone case is out of stock! So I have to change to another color which TVC-mall mention there’s still stock. Finally with no reason, only the screen protector was shipped individually but not with the phone case. I was told if I need the phone case to be ship I will have to pay an additional shipping cost !!! This is ridiculous as my order was paid for both items with shipping cost already! And I have to pay an additional US$4 for a US$2 phone case??? So I gave up and asked for refund for the un-delivered phone case. This whole thing took me for more than a month and until now is not yet settled!!! I really don’t think I will ever purchase from TVC-mall again with such a bad experience.
