Your customers service is THE BEST of ANY of my crypto "houses"/exchanges - hands down! [ Pedar and Fabrizio are freaking awesome! Seriously give those guys a raise =] *However, I would love to see a "fiat to crypto option" - an "on-ramp". I would, also, like to see more investment options for us Yanks. ( I know my country's banking system is a pain to deal with - sorry! ) That being said, the "freezer" concept needs to be explained a bit better, especially to newbies. ( They think the APY "results"are calculated on USD deposited, not actual "mining shares" purchased. ) Some of them don't even understand that this is basically a form of long-term "yield farming". Just saying... Otherwise - good job guys !
