I ordered the Flydigi Apex 5 controller and the screen was a weird colour. I reached out to Gadgethyper and within 14 days, i had a brand new, fully working controller! Emily was amazing and communicated swiftly and clearly. Amazing customer support given the world we live i!. Plus, i didnt have to return the old controller!! Top company.
