If I could give a negative number of stars I would.
THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!!!
I’m still waiting for a refund because they didn’t deliver. It says clearly on the site that if the trainers aren’t delivered I am entitled to a FULL REFUND - IVE BEEN WAITING OVER 3 months - then on the 18 Sep they stole a further 60£ from my bank account!
These people are thieves - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! If anyone happens to see this from Novelship my order number is:BKGX39JL2M (I know it off by heart now) They are due me nearly 200£

Terrible behaviour from the so called company…
I have received emails but want to speak to a person. HOW DO I do that? I’m in the Uk and done have a phone number I could find anywhere. I’m still waiting for my refund that I have contacted you guys MANY times now and still get the “Thank you for your patience nonsense. In you t&c’s it says if you fail to deliver I will get a full refund!!!

Edit, so today NOVELSHIP STOLE A FURTHER 62.06£ out of my account. That means they are now due me almost 200£ and all I get is “we understand” I don’t care if you “understand” - I care why I’ve been waiting over 3 months for a FULL REFUND!!

I have been waiting 3 months for the trainers I paid 130£ for. They have finally got back to me offering me a 33£ refund AFTER WAITING 3 MONTHS. Iam in absolute shock at how incredibly incompetent these people are. My trainers were never even delivered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE CON ARTISTS.

I ordered a pair of trainers that havnt turned up and havnt been refunded over 2 months ago. All I get from them is “We UNDERSTAND” I don’t want them to understand - I want my refund which is within my statutory rights as a consumer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
