Great, but with room for improvement in one specific area.
I’ve really liked AMP Futures so far as I’ve been using it for around 2 months now. The only thing where I see margin for improvement, though, is the withdrawal system via Wire transfer. It’s been over 6 days now that I requested a wire transfer and hasn’t hit my bank yet, will update you guys when it finally does. I know that they might not do it directly, as this is a bank transaction, but they could use a faster bank for this, or find a way to make this process a little swifter. Aside from the withdrawals, I am very pleased with this company, due to the fact that they offer a plethora of platforms, low comissions, efficient customer service and many other good things. 4 out 5 stars from me, with the possibility of turning it into a 5 if they manage to improve the wire transfer services, maybe using another bank to make such transactions.
