Additional charges days after order placed
Purchased a desk for the price shown the whole way through the checking out process. Money was drawn from my account and I received the purchase invoice and confirmation email. 2 days later I receive an email stating i owe extra in shipping fees? Fix your website so that your customers know what they are paying when they checkout, like every other brand. Don't hide charges in the fine print of a different page of your website.
