I am sharing my experience so other customers can make informed decisions. I paid $145 for Chimera Tool and expected to use the service normally. Shortly after purchase, I switched to another PC and my account was permanently banned. I was very surprised because I had just paid and did not expect changing devices to lead to a permanent ban. I contacted support hoping to resolve the issue, verify my identity, or receive assistance, but my experience was disappointing and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I believe users should receive fair support, clear explanations, and a chance to resolve account issues before being permanently banned. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. I encourage others to carefully read reviews, understand the policies, and consider alternatives before purchasing.
