I ordered a Chai concentrate that I have been using for over a year. It was priced reasonably and shipped to me in a timely manner. I ordered two bottles and opened one. The taste was off and I couldn't drink it, it seemed spoiled. When I contacted them to return for a refund I was told I could return the unopened bottle for a refund but not the opened one. How else could I know the tea was off without tasting it?
