This company came out as an ad on utube…
After a series of emails to the company and evidences from my side, the company provided me with a full refund, hence the rating was edited accordingly. This company came out as an ad on utube and while tempted to order 1 nails fungus pen for about £6, I was charged £53.94. I disputed with Paypal and the company straight away and they replied that the item has already shipped and unable to refund. Very disappointing experience. I just gave you the order ID and it wont take a degree to understand that this is a scam and your company is somehow allowing those criminals to advertise their products and you are cooperating with them by taking those orders that were not authorised by the victim buyers.
