Great Customer Support
I am a person who just wants technology to work. I chose Eco Renewables (review of them also posted today) to install my battery to augment a previously installed solar panel array and Eco used a Luxpowertek inverter with the battery. I had problems with the inverter communicating with the app on my phone, pretty fundamental to have this working when you want to track and manage solar panel and battery performance. I can't say enough about the technical support by email I suspect came from China. It was prompt, swift, patient and professional. That you will have technical teething problems is almost a given, good technical support you hope for. I got it with Luxpowertek to my relief, I hope this is useful information for anyone like me who likes technology but relies on good support to maintain it. As for the kit, very solid performance - no complaints there. And the app is great for tracking and managing solar panel and battery performance. Thanks, Jim
