Defective product - beware
I bought two roof bags (roofbag.com) where coating on one of them began to peel. I contacted customer service, who helped me with a replacement inspite of out of warranty. The replacement bag arrived and it too started to peel. Two out of three are defective. I contacted customer service, no luck since the product is out of warranty (1 year). The customer service started to give me a lengthy lecture about proper use, I told the person that it was only used a couple of times on car roof as it is intended. Please be cautious before buying this product. Fellow consumer
