Terrible Brand
I submitted the following review: At purchase, it was stated that items would be shipped within 14 business days. It took 3 times that time to get the dress. The dress is not true to what was shown in the website picture. The top part of the dress is too big. The customer service experience has been very poor as well. Overall, this is a terrible brand. They replied to my review stating the following: Hello, while processing your refund, we discovered a problem with your account. Please contact us at so we can process your refund as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! However, via email, every time I ask for a refund because the dress does not fit, they keep asking me to send them my body measurements so they can send me another size dress. Even their answer to the review is complete BS!
