Some great healers…TONS of management and service issues
While they have some great healers working there, the lack of customer service at even a basically acceptable level make it a real problem with using them. Half of the appointments we had were cancelled last minute, not an exaggeration. If the appointment is on, the meeting software was almost always a problem. The client portal never worked for us, no information there as promised, you can get copies of some documentation in an email if you beg. They will not provide the most basic medical billing of information that is required by most states, they just drag their feet and apologize for not being able to comply with the most basic standards.
