Update: I ended up canceling my subscription after receiving products that did not work for me. I reached out to customer service about the updates (daycream had too much zinc and left a white cast, and the new cleanser was too drying). I was told that this would be "noted" in my file. Shortly thereafter they auto-shipped another set of the same products without any notification. While it was the free 4th order set, it was completely unusable and not updated according to my preferences that were supposedly noted and on file. I am disappointed by the process which came to feel too automated and less personal. Original post: I have been very happy with Proven skincare set. The products have made my skin smoother and more radiant. I love that I can update the skin quiz as my skincare needs change, and that each set is formulated accordingly. The customer service has been efficient and accommodating when I’ve had questions or needed to reach out. I have tried many luxury brands, but this line of products is simple and effective.
